Terms & Conditions

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and verified payment platforms. Company accounts may apply for credit terms by submitting a completed Credit Application for approval.

Shipping

• We strive to process and ship all orders placed before 2 PM China Standard Time (CST) on the same business day; however, same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.

• Orders are fulfilled strictly in the order they are received.

• To increase the likelihood of same-day shipment, we recommend placing orders as early as possible during the day.

• Ludyway is not liable for any delivery failures, delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier selected by the customer.

• All merchandise is shipped FOB origin from our Shenzhen facility.

Returns

• All return requests must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Written authorization from Ludyway is required before returning any goods. Please contact us at info@ludyway.com for return authorization.

• A restocking fee of 20% plus return shipping costs will apply to all approved returns.

• Packages returned without proper authorization or labeling will be refused.

• Altered merchandise (e.g., printed, embroidered, washed, dyed, or customized) will not be accepted for return. Please carefully inspect all products before applying any decoration or alterations.

• Samples and clearance items are non-returnable.

• Customers are responsible for inspecting goods upon receipt and must notify Ludyway in writing within 10 days of delivery if items are defective or damaged due to late delivery.

Disclaimer

Ludyway cannot guarantee exact uniformity in size, color, or fabric shading across inventory batches. All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and apply at the time of shipment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue styles, colors, fabrics, or sizes at our discretion. All orders are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping and freight charges, FOB Ludyway’s Shenzhen warehouse.

Refund Policy

Ludyway prioritizes customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships; however, refunds are handled as follows:

Partial Refund

If a customer receives a sample but decides not to proceed with bulk production, a partial refund will be issued within one business week after deducting sample production costs.

Full Refund

Full refunds are available only if the order is canceled within 24-48 hours after confirmation. No refunds will be issued after this window or once production/shipment begins.

Defects and Replacements

For orders with defects, Ludyway will provide replacements upon defect verification. Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping fees related to replacements.

Claims

Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Ludyway is not liable for shortages if shipments are sent to a third party other than the customer.

Samples

Sample orders are charged per piece plus shipping. Samples cannot be returned and are marked with style, color, and size information. Sample fees are non-refundable once processed. Customers should evaluate samples carefully before placing bulk orders.

Order Confirmations

If you do not receive a confirmation from Ludyway, your order was not received or processed. We are not responsible for expedited shipping costs on unconfirmed orders.

Third-Party Vendors

Ludyway disclaims any liability related to work performed by third parties or vendors arranged by the customer or other sources.

Discharge Printing

Our dark-colored garments are suitable for discharge printing. We recommend customers test samples before full production.

Garment Specifications

Ludyway updates garment specifications periodically. Inventory may include items from previous specifications. We ship products on a FIFO (First In, First Out) basis. Please contact Ludyway Customer Service for any questions.
