High-Efficiency Cream Dosing, Sealing & Hygiene Standards
Liquid creams, thick emulsions, and shear-sensitive pastes require specialized filling mechanics to avoid product degradation, foaming, stringing, and seal contamination. Our automatic cream packaging lines incorporate intelligent flow dynamics and servo-actuated piston heads to guarantee optimal packaging aesthetics and package integrity.
Servo Piston Precision Filling
Utilizing precision-machined rotary valve piston pumps driven by digital servo motors, our equipment ensures volumetric accuracy within ±0.5%, preventing overfill product giveaway on premium cosmetic formulations.
Positive Cut-Off Anti-Drip Nozzles
Specialized pneumatic blow-back and shut-off nozzles eliminate paste trailing and dripping across sealing zones, ensuring pristine, leak-proof hermetic seals for sachets, stick packs, and preformed pouches.
Sanitary SUS316L Contact Parts
Designed in strict compliance with cGMP, CE, and FDA guidelines, all wet product path materials are manufactured from electropolished SUS316L stainless steel with tool-free disassembly for rapid CIP/SIP cleaning.
Jacketed Thermal Agitation
Equipped with double-jacketed heated feed hoppers and slow-speed scraper agitation to maintain optimal product temperature and uniform viscosity for cocoa creams, waxes, and high-fat spreads.
Smart PLC & HMI Synchronization
Intuitive touchscreen interface allows multi-recipe storage, real-time packaging speed modulation, automatic film tracking via optical sensors, and integrated automated diagnostic alarms.
Multi-Format Packaging Versatility
Accommodates 3-side seal, 4-side seal, center-seal stick packs, shaped squeeze sachets, and spout pouches across multi-layer barrier films, recyclable monomaterials, and aluminum foils.
Tailored Cream Packaging for Multi-Industry Requirements

Cream Packaging Machinery FAQs
Answers to essential technical and procurement questions regarding automatic cream filling, sealing, viscosity management, and line customization.
How does the machine prevent leaking or dripping during cream packaging?
Our cream packaging machines utilize positive pneumatic cut-off nozzles equipped with servo-controlled suck-back mechanisms. After each discharge stroke, the nozzle creates a localized vacuum that pulls residual paste back into the tip, preventing trailing drops from splashing onto the seal area, which ensures 100% airtight and contaminant-free pouch seals.
Can the system handle high-viscosity or temperature-sensitive creams?
Yes. For high-viscosity pastes such as thick ointments, butters, and cocoa pastes, we equip our hoppers with dual-jacketed hot water or electric heating systems (up to 95°C) and low-shear mechanical scraper agitators. This stabilizes product flowability without damaging active biological cosmetic or pharmaceutical ingredients.
What packaging formats and barrier materials are supported?
Ludyway machines accommodate 3-side seal sachets, 4-side seal flat pouches, center-fin stick packs, contour-shaped squeeze pouches, and preformed stand-up zipper pouches. Supported materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, OPP/CPP, aluminum barrier laminates, and recyclable eco-friendly mono-PE films.
How difficult is the cleaning and changeover procedure between batches?
All food- and pharma-contact parts feature sanitary tri-clamp fittings and tool-less quick-release connections. Operators can fully disassemble, clean, and sanitize the piston cylinder and valve manifold within 15 to 20 minutes, or connect directly to an automated CIP (Clean-in-Place) recirculation system.
